1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product from RosaTrade you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

 

2. Licence Grant

Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the purchased script for personal trading only. This licence covers one individual on one account only.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All scripts and strategy logic remain the sole property of RosaTrade. You must not copy, share, resell, sublicence, or redistribute the script to any third party in any form. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

 

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products no refunds will be issued once the script has been delivered. Please read all product information carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

 

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing sold or published by RosaTrade constitutes financial advice. RosaTrade is not FCA regulated. All backtest results are historical and past performance is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

 

6. Disclaimer

Scripts are provided as-is. RosaTrade accepts no liability for trading losses, platform changes, or any damages arising from use of our products. Your capital is at risk.

 

7. Platform Dependency

Scripts are built for ProRealTime on IG Markets only. RosaTrade is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from platform updates or account restrictions.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
