1. Seller and brand

Rios Quant is the commercial software and research brand of Rios Asset Management GmbH.

Products available through this store are supplied by Rios Asset Management GmbH under the applicable ProRealMarket purchase, subscription and licence terms.

2. Nature of the products

Rios Quant products are software tools for rule-based market analysis and visualisation. They may include chart indicators, session documentation tools, ProScreener workflows, monitoring panels and related documentation for ProRealTime.

The products do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, personalised recommendations, portfolio management, order execution or a guarantee of any market outcome.

Any ranges, states, scores, levels, classifications, charts or other outputs displayed by a product are methodological references calculated from configured rules and parameters. They are not signals or instructions to trade.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing product requirements, compatibility, data availability, platform configuration, costs, spreads, slippage, liquidity and their own decisions.

Users remain solely responsible for their trading, investment, risk-management and market-analysis decisions. Rios Quant products are analytical software tools and do not replace independent judgement or appropriate professional advice where required.

4. Platform and compatibility

Compatibility depends on the ProRealTime version, ProBuilder or ProRealCode support, data feed, instrument, timeframe and configuration used by the customer.

The requirements stated on each product page apply to that product. Certain products or workflows may require ProRealTime v12 or later, including products designed to use two ProScreener windows simultaneously.

Customers should review the relevant product page, compatibility requirements and installation guidance before purchase.

5. Licence terms

The licence duration, subscription price, renewal conditions and any product-specific restrictions applicable to a purchase are those clearly stated on the relevant product page and at checkout at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, new products are offered as recurring 12-month subscriptions.

The subscription fee is charged at the beginning of each 12-month subscription period and renews automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date through the customer’s ProRealMarket subscription page or another cancellation method made available by ProRealMarket.

If a subscription is cancelled, access remains available until the end of the already paid subscription period, subject to the marketplace’s licence and technical rules.

6. Existing permanent licences

Customers who purchased earlier Rios Quant products under permanent licence conditions retain the original conditions applicable when those licences were issued.

Later changes to product names, descriptions, prices, subscription models or future licence models do not modify licences already issued.

7. Installation and support

Installation guidance and product-specific requirements are provided on the relevant product page or in the customer’s licence area.

Rios Quant support covers product installation, ProRealTime compatibility, documented functionality and licence-related product questions. It does not include personalised financial guidance, trade recommendations, portfolio-management guidance or trading decisions.

For technical support, please provide:

• Instrument

• Timeframe

• Concise description of the issue

• Screenshot showing the issue, where relevant

8. Reviews

Customers may leave an honest and voluntary review based on their experience.

Reviews do not represent or guarantee future performance, future suitability or a particular outcome for another user.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, subscription cancellations and related rights are handled in accordance with the applicable ProRealMarket terms, the relevant product page and mandatory consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers should review the applicable product information, marketplace conditions and any withdrawal information provided at checkout before purchase.

10. Changes and updates

Rios Quant may update product files, documentation, descriptions and technical requirements when necessary for maintenance, compatibility, security, clarification or product development.

Such updates do not retroactively change the licence terms applicable to previous purchases unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

11. Personal data

Personal data is handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and the privacy practices of ProRealMarket.

Customers should not send payment details, account passwords or sensitive personal information through public support channels or unprotected communications.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing or using a Rios Quant product, the customer confirms that they have read the relevant product description, licence terms, compatibility requirements and applicable marketplace conditions.
