Money Oscillator Plus (MOP) is a complex indicator able to represent, in a harmonized and proportional way, trend and volume signals, as well as detecting strong and weak hands, all condensed into an oscillator.
MOP reveals price movements and trend changes with high reliability across all timeframes. This tool allows you to detect bottoms and tops, hence, trading accordingly.
MOP’s can be used in many different ways but best practices have been identified when applying the below strategies:
- Buy: When MOP surpasses values between 0-20, it is highly recommended to purchase the asset.
- Sell/Short: When MOP drops below values between 80-100, it is highly recommended to sell the asset.
