The Epsilon Scalping System is a volume-based indicator designed mainly for short term scalping. It combines two detection methods and uses delta calculations internally as well as multiple trending methods for smoother trend analysis.
What it actually does:
The system detects volume spikes above the 20-period average and measures delta (price movement normalized by ATR). It runs two parallel strategies that can work independently or together (can de activated / deactivated in the inputs).
Volume Strategy:
– Triggers when volume exceeds threshold multiplier
– Calculates delta using (close-open)/ATR normalized by 10-period average
– Requires Heikin Ashi candle direction confirmation
– Needs momentum (2-bar price change > 0.12*ATR)
– Filters weak signals with body size check (> 0.2*ATR)
– Uses rising volume confirmation
Order Flow Strategy:
– Detects volume spikes with futures-specific thresholds
– Measures volume-weighted price change normalized over 20 periods
– Identifies absorption patterns (high volume, small price moves)
– Recognizes climax patterns at 10-period highs/lows
– Tracks smart money accumulation/distribution
Technical Analysis:
– ATR-based trend detection with 8-period ATR and 1.3 factor
– Three EMAs (9, 21, 50) for trend strength confirmation
– 200-period moving average directional filter
– Volatility filter (ATR between 0.7x and 2.5x of 10-period average)
Signal Generation:
The system generates unified yellow arrows when conditions align. It uses a scoring system (0-10) that adds points for volume spikes, delta strength, trend changes, breakouts, and support/resistance proximity.
Visual Display:
– Short volume trend direction line (blue)
– 200-period MA filter line (blue)
– Three Profit Wave EMAs (8,13,21) with color-coded zones
– Signal quality score (green line)
– Optional background trend coloring
– Dynamic support/resistance lines from pivot detection
Optimized for ticks charts and 1, 3, 5-minute timeframes.
Configuration:
Multiple strategy modes available: Volume only, Order Flow only, Combined OR logic.
Different option to adapt to any requirement.
