Technical High Low Guidance

This is a good addition to the consolidation and trend bias indicator to help clear the mind by visually identifying technical highs and lows without needing extra thought freeing up the mind to focus on strategy, correct trendline drawing stops and limits etc. It also has some directional trade validation criteria.
