Terms and Conditions for Algorithm Rental

1. Purpose

The user rents temporary access to a 

trading algorithm developed by the provider,

Strictly for personal analysis or execution

in individual trading accounts. No intellectual

property rights, ownership, or resale 

permissions are transferred.

2. Nature of the Service

The rental grants time-limited access

 (e.g., 30 days) to use the algorithm, 

either through a downloadable file, 

remote installation, or temporary license.

The service does not guarantee financial 

results or profits. It is provided solely 

as a technical support tool for experienced 

traders.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to the algorithm’s code, 

structure, logic, and commercial name

 remain the exclusive property of the

 author or registered owner.

The user is not allowed to modify, 

copy, resell, share, or disclose the 

code or its outputs without prior 

written authorization.

4. Permitted Use

The algorithm may be used only:

On one personal, non-transferable 

trading account.

Within the compatible platforms 

specified by the provider.

In compliance with all technical and 

security guidelines.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The provider is not responsible for 

financial losses, connection errors, 

incomplete data, or improper use of 

the algorithm.

All trading and investment decisions 

are made at the user’s own risk.

6. Duration and Renewal

The rental is valid for the selected 

subscription period. It may renew 

automatically or manually, depending 

on the chosen plan.

After expiration, access or license 

will be automatically deactivated.

7. Technical Support

During the active rental period, 

users may request basic assistance 

for installation and setup through 

the provider’s designated support 

channels.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the 

service, refunds are not available 

once access or activation has been 

delivered, except in the case of a 

proven technical issue attributable 

to the provider.

9. Confidentiality and Security

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the algorithm’s code, parameters, and performance data.

The user shall not publish, disclose,

 or share trading results or strategies 

without written consent from the provider.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws

 of Spain (or the provider’s country 

of registration). Any dispute shall 

be settled before the courts located

 in the provider’s jurisdiction.
