Additional Terms and Conditions (T&C):
By using or purchasing any product from this store you agree to the following Terms and Conditions which are additional to the Terms and Conditions of the ProRealCodeMarketplace (PRCM) (where applicable):
1) Every software in this store (e.g., Indicators, Screeners or Trading Algorithms) is:
a) programmed to the best knowledge within the software of ProRealCode and checked by PRCM (as stated in their Terms and Conditions (for vendors)) and the user agrees to waive any claims for compensation, loss, or damage of any kind to hardware or software arising from the usage (or not usage) of the software.
b) for educational / informational purposes only and the user is solely responsible for any action/trading resulting in any profit or loss (of money or any other kind) and the user agrees to waive any claims for compensation, loss, or damage of any kind by using the software or following any suggestions made or resulting out of its usage.
c) if the software is a trading algorithm the user agrees to be solely responsible for his decision in using it and any consequential damage or loss and agrees to waive any claims for compensation for loss or damage of any kind resulting out of the usage of the trading algorithm.
2) As long as PRCM has no availability to actively agree to these Terms and Conditions upon purchasing/using any software of this store the user/purchaser agrees to the following conditions: By purchasing and/or using any software in this store the user agrees to the following: The vendor has the right to change this contract one-sided without the consent of the user if:
a) the change applies to the essential components and is not so substantial that a one-sided change option would render the user's protection insufficient (excluding section 1 of this T&C).
b) an important reason is given for the change (e.g., an update for more protection or functionality).
c) there are no additional costs for the user.
d) the usability and accessibility are not restricted permanently or affected ulterior.
3) These Terms and Conditions can be altered at any time and wthout notice if needed. It is in the obligation of the user to check these T&C from time to time and stay informed.
