This screener detects actions having a breakout with volume and tracks those wich had a breakout in the last candles and could make another brekout.
Actions are classified into two categories:
- a value over 2000 means there is a breakout.
- a value below 0 means the action made a breakout recently and is near the highest price. It could make antother breakout.
